He has a 20+ year track record of delivering results through turnarounds and go-to-market transformation. He is an expert in corporate strategy, building loyal/high-functioning teams, change management, and fostering innovation across disciplines (sales, business development, product planning, customer/partner marketing, and operations).

Jamie Tozzi is a professional coach and speaker specializing in helping executives develop leadership and communications skills. With a 24-year track record as a technology executive, Jamie has experience in delivering exceptional results. She played a key role in transforming incubation businesses into mature growth businesses at Microsoft Corporation. Jamie has held senior positions in sales, marketing, and partner channel fields. She believes that focusing on people's success leads to breakthrough results. Jamie is also actively involved in her community in Charleston, South Carolina. Together with her husband Jeff, they help children succeed by establishing academic and sports scholarships and coaching high school and college students in sports and career development.
